90s vintage burnt orange ditsy floral mini dress by the brand Perseption! Can't quite make out the size tag, I'd say it fits like a small (26" waist unstretched). Super flattering shape! Pinned slightly for the pics. Total length is about 36". No zipper, wiggles on.
