Blanca Strap Dress is a figure-hugging dress. It is made with a bias-cut, so that the sari used for the dress will follow the shape of the body when worn. The shoulder straps are stitched into the edges at front to add flattering gathers around the chest at upper body at front. On the back of the dress, the thin round shoulder straps are crossing each other.
This unique item is made from a beautiful upcycled sari handpicked by SISSEL EDELBO. The sari has previously been worn by an Indian woman, which means that smaller imperfections such as small stains and loose threads will occur. However, to us these imperfections are the clothes' unique beauty flaws. They reflect the life and the love that the previous owner has added to the fabric.
